Our philosophy

Most people experience a busy life and get stuck in a rut of eating foods that may be a quick solution but not the healthy nutrition our bodies need. Are you feeding your body or fueling it? If you find yourself with little energy or high stress it may be due to your diet. At living Well Nutrition we work one-on-one with our clients to look back at what you eat and teach you to make better healthier choices.

Amy Richardson

I’m Amy Richardson, a Certified Nutrition Therapist and founder of Living Well, LLC. I practice my passion–helping others with health concerns or lifestyle issues with food and nutrition therapy. I realize that today we are moving at light speed and have more confusing choices than ever before.

I help clear the clutter so nutrition comes more naturally for people. Really “living well” means being in balance in every area of our lives.


Registered Dietetic Tech (DTR)

Megan Magee with Living well

Megan Magee is a Registered Dietetic Tech (DTR) and has been studying and practicing nutrition for almost a decade, with emphasis on diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and weight loss. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in Kinesiology and Sociology, with emphasis on public health and health and medicine. She continued her education with a specialty in Dietetics. Additionally, Megan is certified in Adult Weight Management through the American Dietetic Association and Commission on Dietetic Registration.
